People eat sunflower seeds in many different ways, for many different reasons. Some eat them by the hand and mouthful (sometimes challenging given our size), and some eat them one by one. Some people eat seeds to manage stress, to quit smoking, or to lose weight or stay awake. And some eat them just because they’re delicious and nutritious.
In case you’re wondering, sunflower seeds are right up there with other healthy seeds like flax, chia, hemp, sesame, and pumpkin as a good source of healthy fats, plant-based protein, fiber, and antioxidant polyphenols. Sunflower seeds are a complete protein, containing 9 of the essential amino acids. And, like other nuts and seeds, sunflower seeds are also a popular, high-fat, low carb snack that can make an excellent addition to your keto and paleo diets.
I've been eating sunflower seeds ever since I was playing little league. I just saw these at Sportsman's and had to try them. Fantastic taste, flavor, salt cracking. Just perfect. Went to the website to order but out of stock. Left a notify email to be notified when in stock. Going to his Sportsman's again. Will never go back to D&S seeds, these are the best.
My hubby is raving about these in cookies and overnight oats. So amazing. I need more.
Best Raisins I have ever had! Juicy, soft and full of flavor. Wonderful right out of the bag as a snack or in baking your favorite oatmeal Raisin cookies or raisin banana nut bread.!!
They didn't last long,they were great.Thanks!
I loved the raisins, I ate them straight out of the bag. They are in fact the biggest ever.
